1.    The auger flight include spiral blade and the middle axis,the material of spiral blade is Low-carbon steel,and the material of the middle axis is 45# steel.

2.   About the helical blade of the auger, Continous cold rolled once ,without welding.

3.  Processing range:Outer diameter 800-35mm;inside diameter12-750mm;pitch 30-800mm;thickness 1.5-8mm; and the length we can produce according to the customers requests.

4.  Our company have 2 sets of helical blade rolling mill specialized facilty and 1 set of vertical cutting slitter
